The sun has returned to PT for the past few days and there has been glorious views, sunsets, warmth and dry-ness. Despite the sun being here all the rain over the winter makes for some muddy walking. I finally got some rainboots and prompty took them out for a spin with the dog I'd been sitting for, Brighton. We walked on public trails often since I was able to let her off leash and she did a pretty good job of obeying me. I've been wanting to get boots like this since moving here but was able to borrow from other people but I'm doing a tree planting in a few days and heard it was a must!
I'm finally back at home after weeks of housesitting and it's a relief to be in my own place and with the sun shining in through our sunlights in the ceiling. Here are some photos of the public trails, the sun and my new shoes in action. Only $20 too!
