Almost a month ago now, I hiked with some friends in the Elwha, it was a beautiful day. This area of the Olympics is also home of the Elwha River, on which there is the largest dam removal happening in the country to date. The first few photos are compliments of my hiking friend, Sarah. The last one is of the river.
