Last week I lead and planned my first week-long camp. While I've lead parts of camp before, I'd never planned an entire one out myself. It was stressful mostly because I wanted to offer classes where the kids were really learning and taking away some knowledge, and I had very little support and guidance. But, it went great, the kids had fun, learned a lot and I survived as well. I'll run two more sessions of this type of camp this summer as well as a camp for younger kids. Stay tuned.
