David's birthday party

Due to recovery from the flu on New Year's Eve/David's birthday, we stayed in and relaxed. Since it was a big birthday milestone for him, I thought, "I must be the worst girlfriend ever for letting that pass without a celebration," so I planned a surprise party the weekend after. He had no clue. I was able to managed getting about 30 people there including his mother, father and sister from 2.5hours away, and his good friends from Bainbridge, over an hour away! I was overjoyed that they all showed up for him to help make him feel special. He was so happy and it was a lot of fun to socialize. We had all kids of appetizers to share and lots of cake of course. A good time was had by all :)

I was so busy playing hostess I forgot to take pictures until the end of the night.
