Getting to know PT a bit better

This past weekend I volunteered at another tree planting just a few minutes out of town. This one wasn't quite as well orchestrated or attended however the weather cooperated and I was able to help out for just a few hours, get my fill and head out. I've been attempting to get my 40hr in during the regular work week so that I have two full days without work, otherwise it kills me having to work every day, for the past few months. I spent the rest of my afternoon hitting up the thrift stores in town which all coincidentally were having their 1/2 off days. I found most of the items I'd been looking for at a grand total of $3.

Later that evening I went to game night which I thought would consist of some board games however it turned out to be around 20 people and we played charades and then went on a scavenger hunt around PT at 9pm at night. We divided into teams and mine decided to run from each clue to the next. We ended up winning and most of the places I'd been to before but it was fun to meet some new people and brought out the competitive nature in me. It was an unexpected night of fun. At each station that we had arrived at based on the clue/riddle at the last station we were instructed to take specific photos. I've posted a handful, and yes, our leader's name was Dash and yes, that's his real name.
