Final destination on the central coast adventure was Monterey. I'd heard and heard and heard about this place and the aquarium and since I'd be so close, had to stop. Stayed in the cheap Hosteling International hostel. Expected I wouldn't sleep much, if at all, in the large bunk room, but instead surprised myself and slept like a baby. I roamed the streets and spent over two hours in aquarium which was crazy packed, but amazing at the amount of life in there. Our PTMSC docents are better! I took so many photos, it'll probably be a handful of postings to get them all up on here.
