the 4th!

Sportin' some good ole American flare!

This 4th of July was spent doing an old fashioned bbq at I-Kwoan and Evan's. Hot dogs, salads, soups, fruit, and desserts galore! We then headed down to the beach a 10 minute walk from their house down the hill and picked up their friend Allen along the way. As we neared the beach firecrackers were going off everywhere and it felt like we were in a warzone or something. We sat down on some beach logs and then the fireworks began. Little did I know, these were amateur fireworks...I'd been sitting there waiting for the big barge to start putting them off...nope just people on the beach that bought all sorts of big stuff like roman candles on the reservation.
