DC 2015 cont'd

Jason and I visited the butterfly exhibit w/in the Natural History Museum. Beautiful butterflies from all over and even their cocoons, etc, watched some hatch that day. Was a nice reprieve from the cold outdoors. We stopped in the gems, minerals and rock wing which Jason really loves. I hadn't been in it since middle school though and I found it pretty incredible. Then we went to visit the Library of Congress, a first for us both. How amazing and beautiful that place is. We saw the Magna Carta, books from Thomas Jefferson's personal library, and the beautiful architecture. It was fascinating.
