Off further east for the holidays. I spent my first day and a half of Christmas activities seeing my college besties and their babies! Megan and Clare, Stacey and Mason and Kate, and Bron (all the way from Sweden!). It was terrific to catch up and meet the kiddos, I'd only met Kate previous to this visit. Stacey is now back in Gettysburg, Megan is in Baltimore and now I'm just three hours away in Pittsburgh. Dom was in Florida and Ken in L.A. but the impetus for this visit was Bron flying into DC and coming to join us. What a treat. I took photos of course and a video. Enjoy!

The fun continued as I left Gettysburg and went to visit bestie of all time and her babies, Allie! It was wonderful to have time w/ the kids and Allie - its nice how I just mix into the group and am made to feel part of the family right away. We had meals and hot tub time and presents together.
Then off to see Mom in Carlisle for two days. Good food of shrimp bisque, ham, scalloped potatoes, a movie on xmas day, rest and relaxation. It was a quick break but very good to be surrounded with family and friends.
